It is always a dark art trying to suss out why he/she is an MVP? Do they deserve it? What does it take? Why can’t I get it?

The process is like a secret nor do I have a say in it but getting re-awarded actually meant more to me than getting it for the first time. You are probably thinking that it is weird but it’s true for me. It was hard climbing that mountain to get to the MVP status but I think it is harder staying there thus more satisfying remaining there.

I do this to share knowledge (not to get the badge) and learn at the same time, hopefully this year I grow more so thanks for reading my work and this year I absolutely aim to brush up on my PowerPoint skills too.
